October 2006 caught on a trout rod with 8lb line! Took 45 minutes to land.

The poor quality of the photos is due to an unfortunate incident on the Skokomish River, in Mason County, earlier in the season when the camera (and cameraman) went for a swim on the incoming tide. Not wanting the disposable camera to go to waste it was dried and the film used up and then developed with surprisingly few photos lost! The lesson here is: when the tide turns and everyone else leaves, you are well advised to do the same!!
